Beach-Goer Reviews:
"A short walk over the dune and you come upon a vast expanse of beach with soft sand and rolling waves. No matter how crowded the beach you will not have trouble finding space for you and your stuff. The beach is so clean and perfect for long beach walks, there are no blaring radios, and there are usually great waves to play in. You can pack a cooler but if you don't there is a fantastic snack bar that has everything from chicken fingers and burgers to ice cream and slush. This beach is one of the reasons I love living on the south shore!"

"Rexhame is the type of place where I can pack up my car and spend the entire day there with my friends, or I can just go by myself, bring a book, read and tan all day. I like it because it is a little ways off the highway so there is not a high volume of people on most days. There are plenty of places to order from that deliver right to the beach or there is a snack bar if you are willing to walk to it. I would recommend this beach to anyone."

"My husband and I have had a house on this street for over 50 years. It is less that a five minute walk to the beach which is perfect for us. It is a great place for all of the grandchildren and cousins to come and hang out. I like it because I can come in the mornings and take my walk and look for sea glass, then I go back to the house make some sandwiches and meet my husband on the beach for lunch. It may be a boring routine, but I wouldn't have it any other way."

"Katy is my great aunt and I have been coming to Rexhame for as long as I can remember. There are pictures of me in diapers running on the beach. I never cared how cold the water was or how high the tide was, I loved boogey boarding, I was always in the water. My cousins and I had lots of fun here as kids and whenever we come back we still do. I truly love this beach and all of the memories that go with it."
